In an industry where women make up just 10.9% of the workforce, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the second week of March is designed to highlight those women and break down any barriers or misconceptions. It's the reason the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWiC) created Women in Construction Week back 1998. The Virginia Builders Foundation Tees Up the Myers-Lawson School of Construction for Success with Annual Golf Tournament

The Myers-Lawson School of Construction (MLSoC) alumni and industry partners played with a purpose at the 2021 Virginia Builders Foundation (VBF) Golf Tournament. The annual event, which took place on October 21, 2021, teed up $25,000 for student scholarships.
