The Myers-Lawson School of Construction Organizational Structure

The Myers-Lawson School of Construction was formed to bridge the College of Engineering and the College of Architecture and Urban Studies (now the College of Arts Architecture and Design) by providing engineering and non-engineering degrees in construction and integrating faculty across the two colleges. Since 2022, Myers-Lawson has been fully housed in the College of Engineering. We are a nexus organization that synergistically integrates faculty, students, staff, industry partners, and disciplines to benefit the entire breadth of the construction industry: heavy, residential, commercial, industrial, and the entire built environment supply-chain.  The Program in Real Estate from the College of Business was added to the Myers-Lawson School family as a joint program, creating the three-legged stool of Engineering, Architecture, and Business.
