Hitt Contracting, an 80-year-old Falls Church-based general contractor with offices throughout the country, has just undergone a major leadership shake-up. Kim Roy, 41, who has been with the company since 1999, was named CEO. As part of thier senior requirements, Construction Engineering and Management (CEM) students take our Capstone Course where they apply theory over two semesters working collaboratively to develop a competitive proposal summarizing their design and construction solutions.
