Construction Equipment received the award for Dr. Mike Vorster's November and December 2012 "Equipment Executive" columns. A regular contributor to Construction Equipment, Vorster is the David H. Burrows Professor Emeritus of Construction Engineering at Virginia Tech, a 50-year veteran of the construction equipment industry, and the author of "Construction Equipment Economics," a handbook on the management of construction equipment fleets.
