Brett Plano and Ryan Coudon founded Plano-Coudon in 1998. They recognized a need in the industry to bring the mindset of engineers, the sophistication of large contractors and the passion of true building enthusiasts to mid-range construction projects. Our company’s initial setup was modest – just two desks, two computers and one pet dog in the basement of Brett’s Federal Hill home. Today, we employ over 95 professionals with deep expertise across all major market segments including healthcare, life sciences, mission critical, industrial, retail, office, multi-family and religious/non-profit.
We specialize in both large scale and small projects. In 2010, we created a Small Projects Division to provide dedicated and expert service to smaller projects across all market segments.
