What we do
We construct buildings and facilities for discerning clients. Our comprehensive construction services include CM-A/consulting, preconstruction, estimating, value-engineering, and CM/GC. Thomas’ preferred project delivery approach is Construction Management at Risk (CM@R), establishing the contractor component during the design phase. CM@R uses each team member’s strengths to reach common objectives.
