In 1985, Dale Moore founded Moore’s Electrical and Mechanical Construction, Inc. with a Vision of three goals: One, to build a company that our team members could be proud of and feel is the best place they have ever worked. Two, to give our customers the best service they had ever experienced. And three, to give back to the communities we serve. Now, over thrity years later, our Vision remains the same, and the company has grown to over 500 full-time employees serving the entire states of Virginia and North Carolina.
