Wendell Stemley is currently National President of the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC). In 1998, he founded Black IPO, Inc., a construction management and engineering firm. As President and CEO, he has been instrumental in fostering business relationships between minority businesses and major corporations on mega projects throughout the country, generating over one billion dollars in completed projects.

His talk will focus on career paths in a new construction market, the diversity and inclusion component of corporate America and policy implementation.
